The MBA programme at IIM Guwahati is being designed to achieve the following core objectives:

Build strong managerial capability by equipping participants with the conceptual clarity, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills required for sound decision-making across functions and industries.

Develop leadership capabilities and a change-oriented mindset, enabling participants to act as effective change agents who can influence outcomes, motivate teams, and lead organisations through complexity and uncertainty.

Curriculum
